How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by either calling 773-908-6094 or emailing Adriana at Adriana@Simplysweetonline.com.  To obtain pricing information, please have the following information readily available:

      • Event Date
      • Pickup / Delivery (location  info)
      • Number of guests you’re expecting along with party theme and any design ideas you may have
      • Flavor/Filling preferences
      • Allergy restrictions or other special requests

Once we receive this information, we’ll create a custom Order Form for your event and email it to you, which will include detailed pricing. The Order Form should be reviewed carefully, signed and faxed/emailed back along with a deposit to confirm/book your order.  Please note that there are additional fees for sculpted cakes and detailed fondant work like figurines. We recommend you call at least 3 weeks prior to your event and secure your date.  There is a RUSH fee of $40.00 for all orders booked less than 5 days from the event date.

Where are you located? Do you deliver?

We are located in Hickory Hills, IL but currently do not have a storefront so all custom orders must be placed with at least 2-3 weeks notice. Delivery charge starts at $35 within a 20mi radius. For weddings, there is a combined Delivery & Setup fee of $50 within a 20mi radius. Additional mileage is charged appropriately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We now accept credit/debit cards online! Deposits/payments can be made on our website, by clicking on the “PAY NOW!” button at the bottom right-hand corner of this page. Other acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks and Chase Quickkpay. There is a $50 fee for any returned checks.

What flavor combinations do you recommend?

All of our cakes are moist and can be paired with several fillings on our menu. Some of our most popular combinations are: vanilla cake with strawberry or chocolate buttercream, marble cake with chocolate hazelnut buttercream, and red velvet cake with coconut cream cheese for a unique twist!

Do you offer other flavors/fillings not on your menu, including gluten-free cakes?

Other cake flavors/fillings may be available upon request. However, we currently don’t offer gluten-free products but will look to offer that in the near future.

Do you offer other designs, not pictured in your gallery?

Our designs are customized for each client. Our gallery just shows a sampling of our work thus far.  We can create a unique design for your special event so just give us a call!
