Adriana Aranda is a self-taught cake decorator with a passion for baking that was first inspired by her mom. At a young age, it was a great way to practice her fractions, but her love for baking and cake decorating soon became more than a hobby. Adriana earned a business degree and works in the banking industry. But she continues to follow her passion for cake decorating. She’s taken several Wilton courses and taught cake decorating classes through a privately-owned company, Give Me Some Sugar. In 2011, Adriana founded Simply Sweet Creations, which provides quality cakes, cupcakes, cookies and cake pops for a variety of events. Simply Sweet Creations focuses on delivering quality desserts, custom designs, and ensures the utmost attention to detail to make every event a special celebration.
Leticia Garcia is a self-taught baker with a passion for cuisine and a flare for design. She has several chefs in her family, including her mom, who always encouraged her to explore different flavor combinations. Throughout the years, Leticia has focused on taking her mother’s traditional recipes and giving them a unique twist. As a wife and mother of two, Leticia knows the importance using pure ingredients, with no artificial sweeteners or substitutes. Leticia and Adriana met in college and instantly connected with their love of food and design! After the opening of Sweet Creations, Leticia joined Adriana and together, they continue to create unique flavor combinations that are not only beautiful but taste simply delicious!
